Junior Handler Certification
The Junior Handler Certification Course is at capacity at this time. We want to give the students in the program our undivided attention, and we are at our max. We recommend purchasing the Complete Guide if you are interested in a course about this wonderful world of Miniature Therapy Horses.
The Junior Handlers are expected to complete the same coursework as the regular Handler Certification while holding the same high standards.
The Junior Handler Course is available entirely online and concludes with the ability to become a Junior Certified Handler through Seven Oaks Farm Miniature Therapy Horses PLUS registration for one Miniature Therapy Horse through Seven Oaks Farm Miniature Therapy Horses. An online student book is included. You can read the guide online and you will be able to print the entire book or each section as you go through the course. The book has over 100+ pages and 20 updated sections and additional documents. These include forms and letters designed for our program for you to use. (FOR US STUDENTS ONLY, You can order a printed copy of the student book an addition price of $35 plus shipping) The guide has updated sections and additional documents never included in our seminar booklets before. Also included is our brand-new Miniature Therapy Horse Registration and Tests.
This extensive seminar is presented by Lisa Moad, owner of Seven Oaks Farm and founder of Seven Oaks Farm Miniature Therapy Horses. This series can be watched at your own pace as you are able. Once you have finished the lecture, you will be prompted to take a quiz over what you have learned. After finishing all of the series, there will be a final exam before certification is given.
Before you purchase this seminar, please make sure you have read through these requirements:
It would be to your advantage to set up a google email account; most of the links that you will be using will be either GoogleDocs or YouTube videos - these are much easier to access with a gmail account.
You will be required to send video clips and written logs of your handler work, so you may want to enlist the help of a friend or family member to help you with this certification.
You will need ample access to the internet - enough to stream videos.
We will send out the physical materials; expect your bound paper copy in the mail with additional certification booklets and introductory paperwork.
Registration for one Miniature Therapy Horse is include in the $250 price. A Junior Handler will only be able to register one horse.
When the junior handler reaches the age of 18 or older, they will be able to upgrade their certification for an additional fee of $100. After which, they will be required to complete the additional requirements of a standard Handlers Certification.

The majority of the course will be set up with a lecture video, Google docs of the sectional paperwork, and additional links to various webpages, YouTube and Facebook videos as well as some Amazon links for recommended books.
