The Master Handler Certification Course is the ONLY program in the United States to offer both a registration specific to miniature horses AND a training program for miniature horse handlers in an all encompassing certification course. This online series includes over 20 hours of lectures with links to helpful how-to videos, additional reading materials, and a very guided program. Participants will be mentored by a personalized experience with our trainers, and specialized feedback to help you become the best handler you can be. An E-Student Guide includes the A to Z’s of training for both horse and handler, as well as everything you need to know to set up a miniature therapy horse program. The typical handler in the course spends close to 60 hours in coursework, by the end of their certification, they have a full understanding of training and handling their miniature therapy horse. A printed Student Guide can be purchased for additional $35. Adult Students $500. Students under the age of 18 are half price.
